Moves the telescoping lift to a target height, given as percent of its homed travel. The default target of 75% is the robot install height — high enough to slide the robot comfortably onto its cart mount.
The lift controller decelerates into the target and keeps both legs level. The command watches progress and reports the final height; Ctrl-C (or Stop in the control panel) halts the move immediately, otherwise it runs to completion on its own. --speed caps the move in encoder counts/s (~650 is full speed).
Requires a homed lift — run lift.home once first (the calibration persists in the lift board’s flash). Also available from the control panel’s diagnostics dashboard under Diagnostics → Raise lift (install height).
